  • All products must be ordered in master case pack quantities only
  • Minimum order requirement $150 shipped to one location, freight collect
  • Prepaid shipments, minimum order requirement $350, to one location
  • FOB Shipping point – Memphis, TN.  All claims for damages must be filed with delivery carrier by the retailer within 7 days
  • MAM USA does not ship COD; No drop shipments accepted
  • Shortages in shipment must be reported within 7 days after receipt of shipment – contact Retail Customer Service
  • Prepayment required for new accounts, until sales and credit history is developed. Credit card payment is acceptable.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization – RA number must appear on all packages and paperwork - and sent back at customer’s expense.  Restocking charges may apply
  • All backorders will be cancelled
